My friend and I decided to go queue up for Jil Sander's much-awaited +J collection for Uniqlo this morning. I knew the store in Myeongdong opens at 11:30, but we were there at 11. The line was pretty long when we got there, but it was just about 60 or 70 people in front of us. And surprise surprise? The line was mostly guys!

Fresh off the plane (I love Virgin America planes -- so cool), we were greeted with heat. Heatwave? Is this Seattle?

Okay, it was our second time in Seattle, and just our luck, we arrived in the worst heatwave in years. It was HOT. :(

But on the bright side, there was not a drop of rain anywhere. We were treated to lovely views at Kerry Park.

Just when things were getting so much fun, it was over. Just like that.

Like with all family reunions, there were many stories, some drama, but lots of laughter and a few tears in the end. I guess if I wasn't sad to see the end of my vacation, then it wouldn't have been a good one to begin with.

I got back from my vacation three days ago, but I still haven't mustered up any energy to write a proper blog entry on LJ. It's not just jet lag or fatigue or the fact that it's a freaking boiler room out here. And it's not like my vacation was bad. Jisan Valley Rock Festival has officially replaced Pentaport as THE rock festival in the country.
