Being an empath I have experienced my share of lost souls. That's what I call them. Because they are souls that did not go to heaven.
The soul in the house I am currently living in has had a beef with me ever since I moved me and my daughter into what used to be her daughter's room. She used to shake my bed violently at night.

Yoga & Meditation
It's 7:40 pm and it just occurred to me I forgot my meditation and yoga this morning. Oh well. Gonna go ahead and skip it today and pick it back up in the morning.
Update: forgot two days in a row and do not feel good anyway.
Well, fukk the medutation and the yoga. Who gives a shit anyway?
