Your ears actually have very little to do with hearing. The actual hearing parts is inside the head, the ear itself is just a bunch of cartilage that provides better acoustics and pathways for the sound waves to travel. So you would just have to like cut your hair close around your earholes, and maybe cup your hand to hear better. Or get one of those cool old cone things that people used to hear better. Then you can go "Huh? Speak up, sonny."
