HIGH SCHOOL WITH SCALPELS. It is the show in a nutshell and I love that Callie said it. I really think this episode was trying very hard to make the idea of Sara Ramirez being a regular this season a very yayful thing, and I'm totally running with it, because Callie got all the best lines in that episode. She really did. And it is good to see a slightly lighter, less intense side to her (I sort-of liked her when she was introduced, though found her a tad odd, but the tying-up-Meredith's-dress in the S2 finale gained her a whole lot of points, oh yes).

Flashbacks = love. Oh oh oh so much love.

*nods* Yep, I began to like Callie when tied up Meredith's dress. And, dude, she really did have the best lines. :D

Flashbacks in TV shows almost always rock. In Friends, in Will & Grace and um... Okay, so I can't think of any more. But they rock. :)
