does anyone know how to avoid bad dreams?

i actually woke up crying this morning and it sux :(  i used to have really bad dreams about my mom when she was sick a lot but now theyre happening again and i keep having bad dreams about willie   idk id just rather not dream than have the ones im having

i feel like an emotion-buffer....the other person is pissed and mad and upset and i take it and take it and take it until they are ok but im pissed/mad/upset...

idk its my fault...but i just want to help..

god i wish everyone would leave me alone about mothers day.  splitting holidays in half SUCKS
