I think you are referring to Chad Lowe, who is Rob Lowe's brother. Chad Lowe did a great job in portraying Jessie, a young man that has AIDS, on the ABC drama Life Goes On. In fact, Jessie and Becca(Kellie Martin of ER and other movies) are up there with my favorite all time couples. I used to live a few blocks away from Chad's mom so I would see them come to visit every so often and yes, he brought Hillary with him...usually.

I know people always say that becoming famous doesn't change them but gaining attention and celebrity does change your lifestyle and that in turn does alter you a bit, no matter how you try to deny it. Sometimes the people who were there before can stick with you through the changes, sometimes they can't and that's the reality of it. This Twilight thing is already affecting Rob in a huge way and while I think it's also affecting Kristen, it's not to the same extent. I think her real turn to celebrity will happen after Twilight premieres and if New Moon gets made. We'll have to wait and see if Oregano can stick around through it all. :)
