Today was one of those days at work that makes me wonder why i still work the job that i do. There were just a ton of grumpy rude people. I hate when people are rude to me and i can't say anything back. I have to stand there and 1/2 apologize and keep a smile on my face the entire time. Like i've said before i just can't imagine going to a store

i could imagine the frustration! i did it on the phone for years upon years...inperson has to be miserable.
