so i read some people complaining about the workload caused by the 4th...let me have a go at it...it was the busiest weekend i have ever seen at steak out..friday i was either on the road or frantically packing cold bags or hot bags in the hole (cause apparently i can work a hole like nobody's business)...saturday, there was no frantic work inside
