I sped alone through the gray November sun-chill, across 64, down 95, and 85, stopping only once. I made it home in one piece, though I was to be torn to shreds upon crossing the threshold. BTW,folks, Ben's parents have offered to pay in-state tuition at a NC college. He is choosing to be on his own and seduce your pathos w/ melodramatic interpretation on his options. (P.S. I am not his mom)

WM > any NC college. A mind is a terrible thing to waste; putting Ben in an envrionment that is less intelectually stimulating will just lead to all the things his parents are worried about getting worse. Having him move out of the lodge is an understandable approach to such a tricky problem, forcing him to withdraw is equivalent to pulling the plug on his brain.

as anyone with any sense would say: irregardless!!!!

plus, the idea of expecting immediate returns is ludicrus... let him finish, get a job, THEN you'll enjoy all the returns
