i'm not going to battle you however thats a HUGE jump in wage increase for states who have no money.. it'll screw everything up.

but the senate doesnt need their raise.

I do agree that thats a huge amount of money to increase at once, however, the article also said that since we havent had a minimum wage increase in over 10 years, the 5.15 is approximately equal to what people were making in 1956...making me think it couldnt posibly be enough. That said, I know of no place in this area that pays 5.15 an hour.
