ok.. so it's only been a few days, but I've been doing well so far. No ravenous grabbing at anything and everything carb, though i haven't cut them out or anything. due to soccer, dinner last night was some veggie soup and a peanut butter sammich. could have been better, could have been way worse. I know I should do something, not just to loose weight, but to get in better shape in general, cause sitting in front of the computer all day long is soo not good. but I never get up early enough to work out before work and in the evening my weaker self wins again. *sigh*
Same with eaating...usually no breakfast, skipping lunch some days as well and in the evening eating the only meal of the day - again, not healthy.
So I applaud your success. Maybe reading about it will get me to fight my weaker self a little more as well.
