Jeff Tweedy at the Alabama Theater last night. It was incredible. He's really mastered crowd interaction. I laughed really hard throughout the show. He's a really funny guy. And, of course, the music was great. "Gun" and "Shot in the Arm" were my favorite on the night. "Sunken Treasure" was really good as well. I'm looking forward to the ( Read more... )

no doubt that it was good.

HOWEVER, no where near as good as chris thiele and edgar mayer in tuscaloosa this afternoon.

Yeah, my wife doesn't really care for Wilco, but she loved the show because he was so funny. Jealous...we didn't get to hear "Gun"

Did Glenn Kotche? open for him? I really loved his set, and ended up buying his album.

No, the opener was Scott McCaughey, the guy from Minus 5. He was pretty good, playing with some drummer that he'd just met a few days ago. I wasn't blown away, but it was a solid opening act.

We didn't hear "Thanks I Get," which i was looking forward to
