On typing speed

So Rands's latest post was about keyboard shortcuts and how they save us precious milliseconds of our daily lives. Alright, alright, I'm not a complete geek here because I actually do use my mouse and don't care all that much about keyboard shortcuts. I got 79 on my lappy, I want to see if the external keyboard makes a difference (once I get home of course)

58, but i type really goofy - had a computer too long before taking a typing class, so I'll never break my bad habits. I hit some 90% of the keys with my index fingers... :p

77wpm, 6 mistakes. Yesterday, whilst awake.
Now, at night, just after a 3-hour long performance with a headache, 63wpm, 14 wrong. I'm shattered.

Do you use DVORAK? I keep hearing good things about it, but I don't want to change given that at school and on other computers we'd be still on QWERTY oblig. What do you reckon?

I don't, but one of my roommates does. I'll have to ask him to take this test and see how he does, but as far as I know he types just as well as the rest of us.
