Lions and tigers and car crashes, oh my!

So, yesterday, around 7:30 pm, I was driving Jon to my house to pick up some stuff before going to get some food. While heading towards my house, we see this car that's already waited for one car to go by before we go there. We end up about 60 feet from this guy before he decides, "you know, I'm gonna pull out anyway!" He then proceeds to do this
