Thanksgiving

So I was just informed that the turkey day I am cooking for went from 6 people to just three.  Myself, one of my closest friends and his wife.

I have no doubt that it'll still be fun and I'm looking forward to it but compared to 18 people last year this is a pretty radical shift and definitely a lot more mellow.

But the point of Thanksgiving is
