Did you guys manage to nab him?

yup we did. we still have - note this - his reservation records (yup he actually reserved those copies of mags). we called him up and told him we'd give him a choice of coming in again to pay for the copy with the stolen card or we will pass his number to the police and he can have a "chat" with the law in the station. He chose the former and he came in after 2 hours of our phonecall to him.

*speechless*
He's a regular? The things people do these days. =_=

The call must have made him shit bricks to make him come back within 2 hours. He ought to be thankful that you guys didn't call the police without giving him a chance.

not really a regular... he's one of the newer names that appeared on our "YGO related books reservation list" - I think started since end-Nov last year... this was the first time we have caught him red-handed tho' so I dunno if he has tried to lift a card from a mag before.... But next time if he comes back (if he dares to come back) to order other YGO stuff we'd be keeping our eyes on him.

Sad, lah, kids these days . . .

Though I wouldn't be surprised if they think there's nothing wrong with doing stuff like that.
