I think I missed yesterday with this. Sigh.

In my defence, I finished working at around 9:45 in the evening, and then was so tired I went off to watch an episode of Primeval and apart from that, generally just spent the remaining pre-sleep time sobbing at the beauty that is Peter Capaldi. A week is too optimistic, yeah. Depends on how badly broken/bruised. Mum's broken toes and such more times than I can count. It'll be a few weeks,  so take it gentle. Hugs.

Yeah, as careful as I was, and as short as the walk was, I think I may have overdone it yesterday as it's been more painful today. Sigh.

It would be nice if it got better soon. It's been a bit worse today compared to yesterday. And tomorrow promises to be the first properly warm and nice day and mum wants to go out ... gah, will have to see in the morning.
