i fucking hate apple!!!!!! since i first bought an ipod, i have gotten it replaced 3 or 4 times, the last time being this past march...march 24th, 2008 to be exact...and my ipod has officially crapped out as of yesterday...and guess when my warantee ended? june 13, 2008....now please someone tell me that this is complete bullshit because i should ( Read more... )

did you try apple support? a lot of people don't realize it exists and about 99% of ipod problems can be fixed if you search around on it for a little bit.

yea ive done that many times...but my ipod wont even turn on now...im going to try again to restore it, but itunes wouldnt recognize that my ipod was connected last time

are you using a firewire cable to connect, or a usb? cause the new ipod software doesn't work with firewire for some reason, it'll charge the ipod, but it never shows up on the desktop. it's real weird.

also, you should take it to the apple store, a lot of the time if your warranty is JUST up they'll fix it anyway. apple's really good to their customers.
