a nice story
remember when we broke down in missouri on our way back from memphis? we ended up at a honda dealership in cape girardeau. they were all sooooo nice to us. they worked on my car ahead of others because they knew we were stranded. we had plans to be there for like 3 hours and ended up back on the road after 45 minutes? i dont remember, it was enough time to walk to white castle and eat. then they called. and explained everything in thorough detail to where i actually understood. usually, the car talk goes over my head.
today, i got coupons in the mail from them. "preventive maintenance for august 2007". im sure they do that for everyone who passes through there, but it's just nice. my name is all over the entire thing, so at least it's somewhat personal. and if i did go there and get some service done, they would give me a $10 gift certificate for walmart. and they have lady's days every wednesday - 15% off. i even have a website with my name on it, i should go to that.
