This is transcribed from my notebook - I wrote it before I saw the suggestions from the open-casting-call post (for which, thanks again!). I'm amused that this loosely matches one of the suggestions in there anyhow. This is a little under 1,000, but the other things in my notebook bump me up, so I'm good.

You aren't even kidding. The Borg always felt to me, somehow, writer-on-board to me, which is how a lot of TNG made me feel.
