I am LIVID.  My bed, which was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 8pm tonight, STILL IS NOT HERE at 10:25 pm.   The driver just called and said they're "on their way", and would be here in 30 minutes.   When I replied in horror, "at 11?  It was supposed to be here before 8"  he mumbled some drivel about being behind.  I asked what I was ( Read more... )

Holy crap I'd be super livid too!! Definitely don't tip them at all, and call the office first thing in the morning and complain. At the least you need to be returned any delivery and handling fees, this is ridiculous!

Definitely call and complain in the morning. The should refund you the delivery charges. We had this happen (though it was no where near 11 pm), demanded a delivery refund, and got it. Hope you didn't tip them either.

ACK! HOpefully they didn't come much past 11 then! I have heard of this happening to 2 other people! What co did you order it from? Sorry you had to be the 3rd person to have that crap pulled/happen to you too!
