Roller Coasters

Recently my love life has been one massive roller coaster.

I am monogamous, content with this decision, yet...everything seems in upheaval. I am trying to figure out what to do and how to calm it, but right now it seems to go from one extreme to the other with rapid speed.

Ideas? Someone?

Internal roller coasters are juicy little "fight or flight" games of the soul.
"HOLY CRAP I am in a SERIOUS relationship!!! AHHHH! Why did I freakin' agree to get on this damned thing? What made me think this safety bar was gonna work? Sure am glad I have this safety bar or that last twist would have killed me!!! LOVE THE SAFETY BAR! LOVE THE SAFETY BAR! Hey, what is that hill over there? Crap, I am gonna die!! WWWWWOOOOOO!! This is one of those moments where staying in the moment is the best plan. Projecting is BAD. There are too many hormones, too many hair-triggers, too much invested, too much too much too much...

Stay in the breath. Stay in the Faith. Stay the course that is Right for your well-being IN THE MOMENT.
