If you find any really good recipes, please share them. I'm trying to improve my diet as well (I've eliminated red meat and pork and soda completely, and I'm trying to eliminate processed foods) but I have a serious weakness for baked goods.
OMG, it's so hard to give up cookies!! I am craving a cookie right now like woah.
ANYWAY, Discovery number one for a sweet but sugarfree breakfast: Heat cooking oil (coconut or ghee) in pan, add slivered or sliced almonds and coconut flakes to toast, add chopped banana, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.

Only takes a few minutes and is yummy!
