My kitchen rack, I mean... I finally cleaned up my pots and pans and bought a rack to put them on. I mounted it all by my lonesome, taking great pains to make sure I was drilling into the studs, and I didn't really want the rack to fall and take a chunk of the wall with it. Amazingly enough, I cleared absolutely NO counter space after moving the pans, then moving items from other cabinets into the cabinet vacated by the pans. Oh well. There really wasn't any reason to put that behind a cut, except that I wanted to say LOOK AT MY RACK!
So while I was home alone last month I very wisely invested $20 in a
bread making class at Zingerman's Bakehouse. It was highly educational and very fun, as I got to help load the gigantic oven using the speed loader belt apparatus. The best part though, was the crazy insane amount of awesome bread we got to take home.
How cool is that? I could have taken more, but even this much filled both freezers, fed some co-workers, and covered the counter for a week. Seriously, considering Zingerman's retail prices I must have gotten $100+ worth of bread for $20. Plus a cinnamon roll! Can't beat that.
