Im so sad....my sister reinstalled windows because she said our computer had a worm, and it wiped out everything on the computer. Two years worth of stuff is now gone. All my favorite pictures, songs, and all my school work and papers I wanted to save. And because I have outlook express, everything in my email account is gone too. Its really

i was going to ask you why you didnt back your files up, but i didnt want to make you even more sadder then you already were. but you know, sometimes its good to start fresh.

anyway, glad to hear that it worked out. i knew the oceanic people would understand, dont be shame to call them, i call them like all the time and theyre always nice! once they even called me back to make sure everything was okay...it was weird, kind of. but mostly because they asked for my mom [because i guess her name is on the account] when i called and my dad answered and he didnt know what they were talking about, because he didnt know i called. so he was like, 'yeah...everythings fine...' it was much more funny when it happened. heh.
