Wow, a whole year without a post! Never meant for that to happen, but then, I don't check here often anymore. Need to get back here more often

I am so glad things are going well for you.

I actually didn't know there was anything that could be done for sciatic nerve pain! Even though you had to go through surgery (which I am sure was painful), I am glad it worked for you!

Mary Kate a teenager. I can't even! I think I still have a baby pic of her somewhere!

Thanks, Mo! It depends on what is causing the sciatica. I had a herniated/fragmented disc, so my orthopedist went in and removed the fragment and herniated part of the disc. Thankfully, he was able to leave the rest of the disc, so I didn't have to have titanium rods and screws.

And I know about Mary Kate! It's going by too fast. :(
