Mondays really are pretty awful in general, no matter who/where you are. Who wants to go back to work after two days of freedom?
Exercising is hard if you don't make it a routine, so formulating a schedule is a great idea. And don't beat yourself up if you fall off the bandwagon; I've been meaning to get on for good after the holidays. No time like the present, I guess.
On a not-so-healthy note, we should meet up again at QHT (or try out Rays the Classics, which is around the corner) soon! I want to hear about your Christmas break :).
Yay! You've returned also! I'm trying to write more too, it really does serve as an outlet when I don't feel that I have one.
I think you did fabulously for a Monday. They are hard. I returned to fitness boot camp last night for the first time since I sprained my ankle... not so bad, but still taking things pretty slowly.
Have you ever heard of P90X? Kentucky ordered it and we're going to start on Sunday. Eyeye. I'm either going to love it or hate it.

Well, it seems like a lot of people (that I know) are trying to lose weight, myself included. Great job on the Monday work out! Keep at it. =)
