Photos - Cliff Park (27th July 2008)

Aug 05, 2008 13:15

I was bored. And feeling kinda mopey, so i tried asking my parents if i could go to Cliff Park to take photos. ): So yeah, in the end we all went for an hour. Took around 89 pictures, and posting here.

Cliff Park is a park near the Ontario Lake. I think. So this is a shot of the lake. Edited.

This shot didn't really make sense to me. I forgot which way i took the picture. So um yeah, it's kinda... Idk 8D. Edited. I think it was supposed to be this way though. What i took is probably the roots of a little plant near the rocks from which i took the above picture.

I really really like this edited one. Though it doesn't look real, but i love the colors. Again, the lake.
We hung around the lake for a while, and then my brother wanted to play in the sea, so my mom and my brother went together, and i got stuck with my dad...
We decided to take the same route we took the last time we came to Cliff park, and went to the cliff (or the place closest to the cliff). While walking there, there was some mini lakes, which bridges.

Edited. Zoom blur. I was following that person and took pictures without him noticing LOL.

One of the mini lakes i talked about. It's a bit big to be a pond, so it's a mini lake. Lol. Edited. The sky wasn't so purple.

Mini lake. ;) Edited. Love this colors too.

I found those three stumps of stuff there to be interesting, so i took a shot. But i forgot about the ugly black construction cover things on the top, haha. Edited.

And on we walked. Again, that person. Non - edited.

There were tons of this kinds of mini trails, and since my dad didn't want to go up there, i just took pictures of it. I think this isn't edited. Not sure, it could be for all i know.

Another trail, this time leading to the waters. I'm sure people come here to fish, and they'll be sitting at the tip. <3 Again, not sure if this is edited.

While walking along the path, a little bit after i took the pictures of the trails, i was asking my dad what's the difference between the manual focus and the auto focus. He attempted to show me, but failed to. So i just dropped the topic and tried to play around with the focus. And took this picture.
Failed first attempt at macro photography. Because macro = manual focus, and i didn't really know how to manual focus until today. OTL. I liked the colors and the leaves though. ;) Non - edited. I was playing around with camera options.

Bushes along the path. Non - edited.

The main trail where i was walking on. Edited.

One of the sub - trails. Edited.

The cliff. <3 Probably edited.

And after spending about 30 minutes walking along the trail, we came to the beach. I saw the two siblings playing together and so, decided to take pictures of them. I wanted them standing side by side, but sadly, the boy had to spoil it and raise his legs. Or maybe i was just too slow. D:

Camera's solarize option. Not edited.

Seagull walking on the beach. Canada's birds are too lazy. -__- Not edited.

Remember him? 8DD Edited.

Did you know how close i had to zoom in to take this? Edited.

Waterplay 1. My B&W two piece of the siblings.

Waterplay 2. Second B&W piece. Both edited to B&W.

So. After spending around 15 minutes or so at the 'beach', we decided to go back as our time limit is almost up. Picture edited.

More. Edited.

You see the litters? :| Edited. Used sharpen.

So. We were going back right? There was this path which leads UP the cliff, i wanted to go, but dad didn't allow and i didn't wear the proper shoes + there wasn't any time left, so i just didn't go. ): Edited.

Same place as the above one. Edited.

I love ducks.
Ok this was taken at the mini lake i mentioned before. They were swimming close together before. But yeahh. ): Not edited.

Rocks. Not edited

More rocks. C:

Ocean. Not edited. Either it's camera's solarize, or negative art.

I TURNED PEOPLE INTO ALIENS. :D Again, not edited. Either solarize or negative art. I'm thinking it's solarize.

They're playing skipping stones. C:
