Photos - High Park (13th April / 10th May 2009)

May 12, 2009 16:19

Um... Yeah, from two different dates because i went there two times... With different people. The first time was with Joy and the other with my own family. Ironically, after i went with Joy and we took lots of nice pictures, i cut my hair.
The batch of pictures that were taken... Actually looked nice.

13th April:
Joy's mom took much more shots... But since it was all of us, i didn't really want to upload that much.

We were climbing trees! At first only i could get up, but then Joy managed to get up by running and then jumping on the tree (dangerous method). Jean couldn't really get up, so she hung there like a sloth for ages until we forced her to try to climb. :D

Joy's mom kept asking us to pose on the trees.

Trying to play fail!Tennis. :D

10th May:

I'm pretty sure this wasn't taken on that day, but this is what our house looks like from the front...

Tulips~

More tulips. :D
This was taken by me on the 10th.

More tulips~ I like this effect.
Then we went to the park... I took a few pictures of plants there, but nothing really nice / exciting / interesting to show. Plus i'm too lazy to resize everything.

Originally, we went to the park to look at cherry blossom trees. But uh, no one had any idea what it looked like... Roflol. But i came home and searched it up and this tree was one of the cherry blossom trees.

More flowers~

This random tree i asked my mom to take a picture of since i couldn't... Because i was eating hamburgers at that time.

A garden! :D Part of a 'series' of shots.

More.

And more.

And more...

I really like how those pictures came out because i thought that it would be bad. I was playing with the manual focus on the camera since i wanted to try macro.

I like this flower a lot! <3 And the shot too.
Again, wasn't sure if it would turn out great, but it did! :D

Me, with hair cut.
So then after trying to find the cherry blossoms, we went to the mini zoo in the park.

For the animals, i seriously don't know what their names are.

It's by a coincidence that it was looking at me.

PEACOCK!

More peacocks! Too bad we didn't see them spread their crown (i think that's the word?). I figured they were tired.

Lalala.

More animals.

This animal was so close to us, i had trouble photographing it...
And that's it. I should go out more.
