That exercise seems like something that would improve most relationships; I'm definitely going to use it.

Before you go to bed each night say 3 things that you appreciate about your partner (particularly 3 things that you appreciated that same day). Say them to each other.
It's cute and it's fun and it really works. I always say little things like "I appreciate you rubbing my back when I sneezed 4 times in a row and asked if I was ok"
Though I have to admit Gus was like "do we have to?!" last night lol
