You could try something like www.fitday.com, then you can track what you've eaten and see where you fall down and work on that. Most nutrion websites should have a pie chart or something similar.

Also the exercise sounds like a good idea :), maybe you could enrol in an aerobics class?

Slow and steady wins the race, don't push youself too hard too fast yeah?

I find that eating junk encourages bad motivation. I always feel good after eating fruit or a salad. I don't know why. I enjoy chocolate but I feel bad afterwards.

About exercise... I just got me a dancemat for my ps2! (whee) I was on it for 20 minutes sweating my ass off, so I figure that's a good thing. Exercise and fun all in one!

lol, im kinda addicted i can go with out chocolate completely but if i have like 1 peice i get addicted again.

yeah the best type of exerise i think is when you dont actually know your exersiseing but just having fun. im jealous i dont even have a playstation 1 :( *sulks* my mum and dad could never of afforded one for me

I bought my ps2 myself. ...and the dance mat!
