yeah I got your email. I'll find another ride I suppose. Shrimping eh? Sounds well yuck, but if you like that sortave thing...

Drinking...hmm well I only drink very very rarely. I think it is okay if you don't overdo it and drink all the time and get drunk.

Don't drink unless you (a) have permission (b) have an adult somewhere around and (c) only drink a little. Too many people drink for fun and for getting drunk; alcoholic drinks are good, but only to be savored, to relieve a little stress (good glass of wine'll do the trick), or to enjoy with friends and family (in moderation).

I love a lot of drinks, but I don't drink when I'm with friends because there's too much temptation there. You know what's smart and what's stupidly idiodic when it comes to alcohol, Kris. :-)

ok now I have another question....
do answers A & B apply if you are 21?
I so totally agree w/ what said about drinking in moderation to relax.
yet another question....
When you said "I don't drink when I'm with friends because there's too much temptation there."
What do you mean by temptation? Are you afraid feel tempted to do stuff w/ friends after you drink?

A and B most definitely don't apply after you're 21. ;)
What I meant was if you start to drink around your friends, there's too much temptation to drink too much. I'm sure that once you've drunk too much, other temptations would arise that wouldn't have been there if you were wise enough to stay sober.

yeah I say if you aren't 21 yet it's best to drink only if you are home or at another home of a family member or responsible adult friend knowing that you have permission from your parents to drink in moderation, not to get drunk and that you won't be driving later.
