Everyone wants their future to be picture-perfect, and to be straight with you, you're doing very well to know that things don't always work out how you'd like them to. Most kids don't even think twice about how they're "going to be a millionaire" or "going to have the perfect job." I think you've got things on track--I mean, you know what you want, but you also are prepared to veer off in a new direction should the situation necessitate it. You, my dear, are far more prepared than most adults for the future, no matter what it holds.
