You know you are doing good when you make the other women in the place jealous with the hair and nails.

My Sweetie told me that her next door neighbor is jealous of my boobs. When I go for a visit there in WV we get invited over to her house. She is very flat chested and Kim has told me that her neighbor has commented that it is really unfair that she was born female and all I have to do is take hormones for 1 year and I have bigger boobs. This is a mega LOL

Hey, I hope you don't mind me jumping into your post.

Sounds like things are going well for you now. Are you approaching the end of your transition, or already finished? Or have I gone and got the wrong end of the stick?

Oh, thanks for your comment on my intro. Shame about your sisters and their very Catholic opinions. It's sad, I don't see why becoming an aunt to their kids should affect anything. It's not as if it'll scar them for life! I mean, it won't; unless they're also transgendered in some way, they'll probably just find it amusing. Maybe one day they'll see sense.

I kinda said thanks last time mum visited and made a comment on my girliness. I think I was a bit vague and tried to skirt around it though. Bah, I'm sure I'll be fine when I do come out. It's just all the thoughs of what bad things might be said that put me off.

Thanks again for the warm welcome and
yay for salmom! Yummy...

Is it okay to add you as a friend?

X Alice

Well I'm living in the north-east (an hour away from Scotland) at the moment, and probably will be for quite a while. Depends on work really. I'm just starting out my career as a games programmer. You don't get many female games programmers; I'm here to start a trend (nice thought). Maybe I should start up a LGBT games company?

Well if you end up around here, let me know. :)

I also love the moors! It's so bleak and weather worn, but not in a threatening way. It's just nice to be somewhere quiet. Peaceful.
Everywhere I've lived so far there's been a patch of moorland nearby. Maybe I should just get a house right in the middle of the moors... No, I'd be too cut off. Near moors is good. Near pubs, shopping centres, clubs, coffee shops and friends is also good.

I'd love to learn a few recipies! I quite enjoy cooking and love making food for people. I'm clearly nowhere near as adept a cook as you are though. But I shall take heed of your advice and not cremate everything!!!

Take care.

Alice

I have to say my favorite place has been the highlands of Scotland. In July the heather is so beautiful.

I will put some recipies together for you. I just made a Shrimp Diane dish recently. It is a Cajun style of dish. Spicy and very tasty.

Well it is a Saturday and I am off to my office to work
