Shit has hit the fan. I'm in horrible horrible pain. Apparently I've gotten some form of TMJ whilst dealing w/all these teeth probs I have. I started a painkiller last night after leaving my doctor's office. This morning, when it wore off, I thought I was going to die or give birth out of my mouth. I didn't realize I had this much pain until
