Help with Christmas Shopping

So, I am planning on getting my parents a digital camera for chirstmas. The model I have decided on is a Kodak, because my mother dazzeled at my sisters, and she thinks they have better picture quality. It is basically an "entry level" camera, that takes stills and small movies. My reasoning for this perticluar camera is 1)its the kind my mother

If it takes high quality pictures, like 4mp+ than a 500ish card only holds a few hundred. Yes, it's a bit excessive, but then you don't have to worry about losing them if you don't download every time. You can also get one that's only about 200ish, and that will still hold about 200 pictures, and it'll be half as much. Best Buy had a sale on their cards a few weeks ago when i bought mine, so check them out. Also, definately look at overstock.com for all that stuff. My campera is on there for about $100 less than I paid for it!

I also suggest buying one with a docking station. That way it'll have an internal batter that charges while it's docked.

I just realized the math on the cards do not make sense.. Oh well. the instruction manual will tell you how many each of the different cards will hold. :)
