You are the Queen of Teh Skills, dunchaknow ^^ Seriously, that site alone has me in awe of both your graphic skills and the impressive resume. So professional yet so beautiful. And I ain't just talkin' bout the site ^_~
Ever get bored enough to...say...write up some tutorials?
Finally watching my FK rental. Tis 'Trilogy: pt2'; pt 1 is still lost. Damn thieves... *cough*
Eh, anyway, didn't have many expectations going in - expected the usual sort of late-80's-slash-early-90's kind of camp - but I am pleasantly surprised. Still a bit on the cheesy side, particuraly with some of the effects, but the Creative Powers That Be are smart enough to keep such moments to a minimal. Into the second ep now, with the dead hooker - niiiiice parallels between the two lifestyles of prostitution and vampirism, particuraly with some of what the one hooker says to Nick. I didn't think much of Janette in the first ep, but I muchly enjoy her connection to the prostitutes; the flashbacks are an especially nice touch. Revealing just enough each time, yet

Thanks for the kind words, my friend! :) I do have a FAQ on my music videos page now that tells the basics of how I make my videos. ;)
While FK season 1 is my favorite, season 2 (filmed in 1994-95) still has many wonderful episodes. Yes, some of it is cheesy (FK was very low budget), but it's the characters that grow on you. You'll see as you watch more of the episodes. Janette is one of my favorites. She and Nick share such incredible history - they're my favorite couple on the show. I'm glad you're finally getting a taste of FK! ;)
Yay, FAQ! I hadn't just meant tutorials for your vids--perhaps, for instance, for you artistic graphics.
I've not watched any more FK, not yet anyway, but I'm having such a vampire filled day nonetheless. Have you watched Shadow of the Vampire by chance? Such an amazing film which not only presents a film-within-a-film kind of story, but is quite an... interesting way of presenting the overall filmmaking process. Many subtleties I had missed on my initial viewing were made more obvious and caught with the commentary -- a brilliant treat to listen to ^_^
