Hmmm.. I wish I had a weight bench. That would be so wonderful. I just use my light free weights on certain exercises for now. But I would get such a better workout if I could do more than just that.
My problem area is my tummy..And, rather than "cut calories", as you know, I go to Weight Watchers. I haven't started yet, but starting Wednesday, I will be going to the gym..And, most likely, by myself. :)

I havent seen any results yet, but i've only been doing it a month now since i could without having any pain in my c-secton area.
