Just some FYI's....

I was going to start counting calories again, but I just don't have time for it. So I'm going to try to just be very careful what I let myself eat, and we'll see where that gets me. If I really "HAVE" to start counting calories again, I will. It is just so damn time consuming ( Read more... )

One thing that I've been doing with working out is not counting how many calories I'm eating. If I'm hungy, I eat something. Though, throughout the day I do drink a lot of coffee and keep the fluids flowing throuhg me. I probably drionk so many fluids just because I'm at about 4,200ft elevation and yes I do dehydrate more than before. Also with drinking more fluids such as gatorade, it keeps miy mind off food. Hell, I eat only 2x's a day at times. Other times once a day.

As for how many times you work out, I'm working out about 5x's a week but each day is a different muscle group and I PUSH myself on each excercise. 2 weeks ago I could only do 290 plus sled weight on the leg press and now after doing that only once a week, last night I set the record of 340 plus sled weight. A 50lb increase is quite good even though only once a week of that exercise.

But, best of luck with the workout. I'll post what I've been up to with mine after I can fully get it filled out for a few weeks or so.

I count calories in a way, but it's the "points" system through Weight Watchers. Basically adding up the fiber, fats, and calories..And turning it into a number, making the amount of food I eat a healthy intake of all those.
I worked out a few days, but then I get busy, with work and everything, that I end up not doing it regularly.

Give me some "points" tips then. What do you normally eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks?
