I was going to start counting calories again, but I just don't have time for it. So I'm going to try to just be very careful what I let myself eat, and we'll see where that gets me. If I really "HAVE" to start counting calories again, I will. It is just so damn time consuming

As for how many times you work out, I'm working out about 5x's a week but each day is a different muscle group and I PUSH myself on each excercise. 2 weeks ago I could only do 290 plus sled weight on the leg press and now after doing that only once a week, last night I set the record of 340 plus sled weight. A 50lb increase is quite good even though only once a week of that exercise.
But, best of luck with the workout. I'll post what I've been up to with mine after I can fully get it filled out for a few weeks or so.

I worked out a few days, but then I get busy, with work and everything, that I end up not doing it regularly.
