The criminal wouldn't be guilty of rape as he didn't rape you. But under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 Section 4 he would be guilty of Causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent. This is punishable by up to "life" imprisonment. It wouldn't be considered consenting as 75.2.b "[the offender] was, at the time of the relevant act or immediately before it began, causing the complainant to fear that violence was being used, or that immediate violence would be used, against another person;". Because you're not legally consenting you're not raping fluffy.

Haha, sections 69 & 70 of this Act are full of lulz. While you can't have sexual relations with a living animal, or with a human corpse - dead animals appear to be completely fine.

Yes and even if it wasn't rape he'd still be guilty of blackmailing you. Also, the dog is sodomising you of it's own free will so you're not raping it or having consensual sex with either you just happened to be face down with your ass in the air while a dog stuck it's junk in there. Finally, I doubt the guy would care if was considered rape or not as he's probably just interested in making sure his best buddy gets off more than whether you've technically been defiled by it or not and he's most likely just going to film it and sell the tapes on the black market anyway.

I'm pretty sure decisions made under duress hold no personal liability and such makes it rape. This if if we're ignoring animal sex.

The whole animal sex thing if it were that way would surely be under some kind of harrassment or anti-social behaviour act - not to mention the most likely unlicensed firearm the perp was carrying.

probably they would take into account 'reasonable person' in this case reasonable dog. Also it depends what judge you get, in the end they make the decision in your jail sentence.
