You gotta have faith...
* Half day Friday at work and pay-day to boot (always good)
* Bought my plane tickets to Japan... Xmas & NY on the other side of the world!!!
However...
This pretty much means I'm going to have to quit my job as they categorically told me I couldn't have the time off. Well fuck them. Some things are more important. It's such an awesome feeling getting my own way like this, I feel like a right anarchist.
I'm not quite as happy-go-lucky as implied though.
Also went for a meeting with "Search", my job agency this afternoon. They're so awesome. I may be having an interview end of next week at some big-shot insurance company. It's all gravy to me.
Anyway, the day gets better...
* Phoned my parents to tell them the news and rather than being annoyed and sulky, as I suspected, due to me being away from them over winterfest, they were overjoyed and offered to pay for half of the plane tickets! Not a small amount of money at all.
And to cap the day off...
* Went to Somerfield to get some shit for my chicken ramen tea and they were selling crates of Bud for £7.99. ****BONUS TIME****
