That truly boggles my mind. How much time and effort goes into a deception of that level? Just looking at her last 50 or so entries knowing its all a sham is just amazing to me.

Yeah the thing that gets me is why so much time weaving such a detailed story? I mean she had ALL kinds of shit happen in that journal - lol

matte and I have been suspicious of this for a while. When she didn't want to give me an addy for a Christmas card I was like, "Uhhh...you're hiding something" and just blew it off. I, too, have talked to her on the phone once but it was on my work phone, so I don't know where that number was from. It was a 780 area code.

It's hard for me to imagine fake people on here since I am so open about who I am...I guess you can call it naive. Great letter and presentation...I knew some day soon the truth would come out.

Whaaaaa? Followed this from elysiangirl.

I was supposed to meet her at a certain place in my town (she named the place), but never heard from her about it on the day of it happening (plus I was hung over). I'm trying to figure out how she knew about the place if she was in Canada. I'm in Fayetteville, NC, about 3 hours from where she's supposed to be.

Yeah there are a few things like that. She's done that to a lot of folks. I think maybe she once lived there or something. She'd have to in order to be THAT familiar with places.

It is easy to go on the internet, search for places to meet up in certain cities.
