Today I visited my grandpa. He is now in hospice. It was so difficult to see him. Doctors say its a matter of days or weeks at this point, it will be a miracle if he even makes it to Thanksgiving. He didnt acknowledge my presence when I walked in but I continued to hold his hand anyway because I know he could feel me. This hurts so bad. I use to
