How does it compare to a factor-T meson spinal mount?

I'm not much of a milspec tech junkie, but this one, even in spite of its intended use, is damn cool and very science fictiony.

I know - the sheer pointless irritation of it. If anyone nefarious thought they could put it to use they'd circumvent the block in an eyeblink. You think they'd have worked that out by now. Not to mention the fact that there will be nothing of foreign intelligence use in the clip to begin with. Idiotic.
