So this week has been no fun, due to my family getting sick and me thinking i am or not. I didn't go to school today, I probably could have. I deserved it though b/c I haven't missed one class yet. Hopefully after a full day of work I will still be alive for the Galaxy Club show tomorrow night. I am not looking forward to 'mandatory' cleaning ( Read more... )

Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Anyway I must say though that I agree with the mainstream myself being a person that hates lineup changes. Back in the day you kinda stuck it out and only had lineup changes when someone died. In interest in you seeing "our" side in this whole thing take a few of my examples: 1. It's hard to get attached to a band when they keep changing members 2. It's difficult to remember most new members names 3. In a lot of bands lineup changes are temporary meaning it's just going to change by the time the next album comes out 4. Most times when a band member is replaced the music is changed slightly or at times greatly(take for instance Cradle of Filth in which the only constant member of the band is their singer Dani Filth, which is downright a-fucking-nnoying).

Hope you don't get sick.

36 Crazyfists? Isn't that like one of those punk/raggae bands?! Considering what you've been listening to lately or what I've been forcing you to listen to?

well i'm more talking about local music though, b/c i mean...it's not something national and people are about to have heart attacks over it. yeah it sucks, but it's not affecting that many people. and well low gear probably is the exception b/c i've known them so long and so far so good w/ the line-up changes it hasn't mattered. although changing the singer generally totally changes everything. i'll find out. but i'm not going to pre-judge.

36 crazyfists...take (in theory) and mix some killswitch engage ...well he has a funny voice...that's the harder thing to explain. no i have no clue what 'genre' it is. all that crap is too complicated for me. but it's not black or death metal.
