Given that I lent my PS2 to nitrophilia over a month ago, lately I've been getting urges to play various PS2 games, and then realizing that I can't. Also, setting up my computer to play them would take too much time to figure out, and then I would need to spend money on a controller, so no go there.

A while ago I saw the opening video from FFXII and, frankly, I'm really not interested. The intro video, which is supposed to hook you in and make you interested, was all boring about politics and crap. Lame.

Also, I never played Tactics, which seems to be the big appeal for people.

Then I guess I shouldn't recommend Legend of Galactic Heroes for you to watch sometime. It's long, and entirely chock-full of politics, with some arcing space battles in between.

I rather like it, so I may enjoy FF12 a bit more, then. ^_~

It's not that I automatically loathe all politics &c, especially when it comes to anime , I just thought the video looked deadly boring.

I have heard good things about--jesus, the text in your comment boxes is tiny. Anyway, yeah, FFXII is supposed to be good, according to certain sections of my flist.

And if you were trying to be ominous with your giant "shortly" it failed. Bah. Must finish KHII!
