Did my day get better or worse? Hmm, well I did make it to the gym, and DAMN I worked my ass off, but about half way thru my strenious workout I got this massive headace and it still hasen't gone away. Oh well as long as it is gone in the morning so I can get back to the gym before work, then I will be ok. The gym was awsome, putting the headace
