I Have Needs

I want to meet other cybernetic beings.
No... I have no desire to meet other Cybermen.  I'd have to kill them on principle, and I'd enjoy the Hell out of it.

I'm also not that jazzed up about meeting the Borg.  The last thing I'd want to do is try to have a deep conversation with one hundred thousand partially organic beings all at once.   From

I am not sure if this will help you due to the fact that I only heard this from Uncle Chakotay. But I remember over hearing him having a conversation with my mom about her experience with cybernetic beings like yourself. In fact, I think she was even force to build one. I guess you would have to ask her more about it. I just know that it was real hard because she had to destroy it because the other robots were going to hurt other robots and mom didn't want to do that.

*sigh* I am no help, I am sorry. But you really should talk to mom about it. Maybe you will be lucky and find alliances with these beings..

I have to admit that despite my interest, I'm a little hesitant to ask the Admiral. I'm aware of the difficulties she's had with beings like myself in the past. Also, I have to be honest, but I'm not entirely sure she's comfortable with me. I wouldn't blame her if that was the case, and I'm not interested in creating any drama over it. This is why I haven't brought my concerns to her attention already. Respect and trust can never be forced on somebody.

Shame really, because I think she's rather interesting. I'd value her perspective on things.

I appreciate your suggestion though. If I ever see the opportunity to make an inquiry, I'll take it.

Oh You already talked to Aunt kathryn about it? Hmm I didn't know that. Well, maybe you should ask Uncle Chakotay. He might help you if Aunt kathryn is to busy or what not :)

Well... No I haven't, not since I asked to be introduced to Seven-Of-Nine. I've been a little hesitant since then.
