I would assume they have *some* sort of skill, I mean, they DO get the guy up and running. If they didn't, you'd think the guys would be able to get themselves ready. I just can't see anyone WANTING to be a fluffer, from ANY sort of view I can think of, yet there apparently isn't a shortage of them I guess.
