Thanks Sonya. =) Sorry we didn't get a chance to catch up more on the BART - Alva was dead tired and I didn't want to shout over the ambient noise. We were hoping to walk with you a bit once we got out, but were cluelessly forgetting that you might catch a bus. I feel bad if we seemed aloof. =/

yeah you punks. :b

i did make my bus though, so that was good. was afraid i'd missed it, thus the sprinting like an idiot.

anyway. i lived in cambridge in the summer of '05. graduated actually that summer. my advice is to go walk around the different colleges there, they're beautiful, and to try punting--and bring a bottle of wine for the punt ride :)

sainsbury's is your friend. 'cheap' groceries. also marks and spencer's was pretty good, too.

Sounds like a plan. =)

I've heard Cambridge is reasonably charming, although I think we tend to prefer being 'in' the city. Even living in Berkeley, admittedly not that far from SF, I find myself going to museums, shows, etc. SO MUCH less frequently than when I used to actually live in The City. I no longer want to be part of the bridge and tunnel crowd. >.< We're currently looking at someplace around the West End - maybe Westminster, Kensington, Chelsea, or Camden...
